BY LAWS OF THE
ARTICLE 1. MEETINGS
A. The Annual Meeting and Conference shall be held yearly at a date and location agreed upon at the previous annual meeting. The host church/pastor is responsible for all of the physical arrangements including meals and accommodations.
B. At the Annual Meeting, a moderator and recording secretary shall be chosen to preside.
C. Any officer elections will be held at the Annual Meeting.
D. Other meetings for the purpose of business or fellowship may be held at the call of the Executive Committee with one (1) months advance notice.
E. The Treasurer shall report on the budget for the
previous year at each annual meeting.
ARTICLE 2. OFFICERS
A. The Executive Committee. The Executive Committee shall consist of 3 men in good standing with the Association voted on at an Annual Meeting. The term of office shall be three (3) years. The Executive Committee is responsible for planning of meetings, oversight of projects, and the approval of expenditures.
B. Coordinating Secretary. The Coordination Secretary shall be a member of the Executive Committee. He is to oversee the day to day operations of the Association. This includes maintaining communications including website, newsletter content, and inquiries; as well as making sure that timetables are met. The Coordinating Secretary is voted on by the membership of the Association. The term of office shall be three (3) years.
C. Treasurer. The treasurer is not a member of the Executive Committee but is reports to the Executive Committee. The term of office is three (3) years. The treasurer may be any member of the Association or any member of a member church in good standing.
D. Nominations. Nominations shall be solicited from the membership at 3 months prior to the Annual Meeting, and shall be made public upon review for standing. Serious consideration shall be given to the personal qualifications and spiritual perception of all whose names are submitted for nomination for office.
